Antoine "Toto" Chauvin, 83, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016.
Visitation will be held at Community Bible Church on Thursday, March 31st from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Rowena Cheramie Chauvin, children, Carl Chauvin (Dixie), Andy Chauvin (Mary), Sandi Chauvin Bratley (David), Chase Chauvin (Hollie), Lisa Cheramie Rousse (Jody), Terry Cheramie, Jr. (Tina); grandchildren, Christian Cheramie Pizani (Terrill), Jessica Chauvin (Henry), Jordy Rousse (Megan), Joshua Rousse, Cierra Cheramie (Davin), Karah Cheramie, Mathew Cheramie (Taylor), Trent Cheramie; great grandchildren, Jude Chauvin, Lucy Perez, Fisher Cheramie, Finn Cheramie, Cadence Rousse.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Marcelline Chauvin; son, Arthur Chauvin; brother, Paul Chauvin, Sr.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
