Alphonse J. "Al" Terrebonne, 68, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rose P. Terrebonne; son, Kearney Terrebonne; daughters, Adriane Plaisance and husband, Rickey, and Sherry Rivet and husband, Ty; daughter-in-law, Margaret Pitre Terrebonne; seven grandchildren, Casey Plaisance, Beau Chaterlain, Cade Rivet, Toby Terrebonne Jr., Kristen Rivet, Kloee Rivet, and Kolby; and great-grandchild, Kayd Plaisance.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Ryan, Toby Sr., and Rhoddy Terrebonne; brothers, Jeffery and Tilman Terrebonne; and sisters, Nelma Cheramie and Telma Griffin.
She was Catholic.
