Alexander “Joe” Billiott, 94, a native and resident of Larose, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home, of Cut Off, on Friday, December 18th from 9 am until 10:30 am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11 am with burial in the church cemetery.
Joe is survived by his daughters, Linda Boudreaux (Larry), Debra Richardelle (Steve Rodrigue), Vickie Gisclair (Regan); step-sons, Lawrence Plaisance (Prudy), Freddie Plaisance (Sheila); brother, Mark Billiott; sisters, Marion Drew, Gloria Pepitone, Nancy Hursey; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Idola F. Billiott; parents, Alex and Adoriena Billiott; son-in-law, Zyrone Richardelle and sisters, Doris Bychurch, Theresa Legendre, Dorothy Billiott and Ceile Billiott.
His work was trawling but he loved dancing, cruises, gambling, spending time with family and God. He proudly served in the United States Navy.
